Under View → Workspace, choose Animation, Pixel art, Free painting, Vector or Storyboard. A compact shortcut is also available in the status bar.
Animation keeps the timeline and references visible. Free painting and Vector hide the timeline. Storyboard prepares tools for pose studies.
Each workspace remembers the brush, grid, symmetry, references and panel visibility. Switching preserves drawings, dimensions and history. Finish or cancel an active pen or painting gesture first.
