Partnerships with Zyggs
Schools, artists, device makers and those who translate or distribute software: these are the partnerships we take on and how to propose one.
In short
- Schools and courses can use Zyggs and its guides in class, with terms for groups agreed case by case.
- Artists show their work in the artists' space and receive proposals from companies.
- Makers of drawing tablets and computers can test their devices with the program.
- We charge nothing to review a proposal and do not sell data about the people who use Zyggs.
The partnerships we take on
- Teaching: schools, courses and teachers who use Zyggs in class. The site’s guides serve as material, and terms for groups are agreed case by case.
- Artists and content creators: studies, guides and streams made with the program, crediting whoever made them.
- Devices: tests of pens, drawing tablets and screens with the program, and whatever needs adjusting for them to work well.
- Languages and accessibility: reviewing the translations of the site, which exists in eleven languages, and testing with screen readers.
- Distribution and integrations: app stores, packages for Linux distributions and links with other production tools.
How it works
- You write through the support form, in the Partnerships category: who you are, what you propose and what you expect from Zyggs.
- The team reads it and answers in the panel, with questions or a proposal to talk.
- What each side does, the deadlines and the use of brands are agreed in writing before starting.
What Zyggs offers
- Access to the program for tests, agreed in each partnership.
- Room on the blog and on the site to show the work done together, with credit.
- Direct contact with the people who build the program, to report problems and suggest changes.
What we do not do
- Sell or share data about the people who use Zyggs.
- Put advertising inside the program.
- Charge to review a proposal.
